Dynamic balancing
Single-plane or two-plane balancing for rigid industrial rotors where geometry and operating duty require controlled correction.
Independent industrial dynamic balancing service
Workshop dynamic balancing in Subang Jaya, Selangor, serving Kuala Lumpur, Klang and industrial customers across Malaysia, supported by controlled intake records and documented verification.
Clear scope, practical pricing and job-by-job traceability.
Core services
The scope is assessed against rotor geometry, mass, journals, operating speed, correction access and machine suitability before work starts.
Single-plane or two-plane balancing for rigid industrial rotors where geometry and operating duty require controlled correction.
Visual review, dimensional confirmation and identification of conditions that may prevent safe or meaningful balancing.
Approved material removal, weight addition or weight relocation, subject to component design and customer authorisation.
Rotor identification, setup details, measurement records, correction information and final verification in one job file.
Balancing services
Dedicated engineering pages for workshop and on-site balancing, including setup considerations, correction methods and information required before work starts.

The following physical limits are the current declared machine envelope. Every job remains subject to journal condition, centre of gravity, drive arrangement, guarding and safe setup.
Final job acceptance depends on the complete rotor geometry and mounting arrangement, not weight and diameter alone.
Structured workflow
A unique job tag and verification code are generated when the rotor is received.
Condition, markings, journals, accessories and visible defects are recorded before work starts.
Scope, service level, correction method and target completion are confirmed before balancing.
The rotor is measured, corrected and re-run until the agreed acceptance basis is achieved.
Results, photographs and job status are retained under the same traceable tag number.
Safe intake
Used industrial rotors may retain process chemicals, biological contamination, trapped pressure or radioactive contamination. Every submitted component must be declared, drained and cleaned before unloading.
